Sometimes, a simple authorization problem can be at the root of these discrepancies. Here are some steps you can take to remedy the situation:
For Android
- Go to your phone's settings.
- Select the “SUEZ Move Challenge” application.
- Click on “Physical activity”.
- Make sure the “Allow” option is checked. If it's already checked, uncheck it and check it again!
For iOS
- Open your iPhone Settings,
- Go to Health
- Click on “Access to data and devices”.
- Click on SUEZ Move Challenge.
Activate all options. If they are already activated, deactivate them and then reactivate them.
This should reset the synchronization of your steps with SUEZ Move Challenge.
